1. Choose your preferred size and place your order.
2. Email a copy of the photo reference to fineartbycarmen@gmail.com.
3. After your payment has been received, Carmen will contact you to discuss colors and the desired tone/feel of your commission. Then she’ll get started!

Typical time frame for custom portraits from start to finish is 2+ weeks (true art takes time to dry/cure before it can be handled) but can take longer depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. If you need it sooner, a rush order can be arranged. Once your order is ready, we will send you the tracking number by email or text and keep you posted on the shipment progress. Returns
Returns
While custom items cannot be returned, Carmen will do her best to make up to 2 revisions to ensure you are happy! For non-custom items, returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective items only. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
